摘    要:用传统频率法测量了一套机电伺服系统的开环传递函数,发现测量的传递函数增益的相对误差是40%。分析了该方法测定增益时产生误差的原因,并提出了一种测量增益的新方法,且进行了实验。实验结果表明新方法测量的增益相对误差是9%,测量准确度比传统频率法提高了4.4倍。

Abstract:Transfer function(TF) of a servo system was measured by frequency response method.The relative error of the d.c.gain of the TF was 40%.A new method to measure d.c.gain was presented.Experimental result indicates that the relative error of d.c.gain measured by the new method was 9%.Measure veracity was improved by 4.4 times.
