稠油热采辅助剂的试验研究

摘    要:蒸汽吞吐是辽河油田稠油开采的重要方式,针对有些蒸汽吞吐区块存在综合含水上升较快、油层近井地带污染严重、综合吞吐效果差等问题,进行了稠油热采辅助剂的试验性研究.系统分析了油藏物性和油层流体性质在注汽开采过程中的变化情况,对蒸汽添加剂进行了配伍性试验、物理分散溶解性能试验、提高蒸汽驱油率试验、原油降黏性能评价等.试验结果表明,该辅助剂能与原油高效反应,有效改善原油界面性质,改善油层岩石润湿状况,有效降低原油黏度.

Abstract:As one of the most important method for heavy oil recovery in Liaohe Oilfield, steam injection was very effective. However, with the development of oilfield into later stage, its comprehensive effect declines due to such reasons as water content increasing in some stimulation area, severe formation damage in the near wellbore area, etc. Experimental studies on the assisting agent of thermal recovery were conducted to solve this problem, in which the physical characteristics of the reservoir, as well as the change of formation fluid during steam injection were systematically analyzed; while for the steam assisting agent, such tests as compatibility, physical dispersion and dissolution, flooding efficient improvement and crude oil viscosity dropping, etc were carried out. Tests showed that this assisting agent reacts with the crude oil actively and can be used to reduce the viscosity of crude effectively.
