空气源热泵冷热水机组的系统仿真与实验研究

摘    要:建立空气源热泵冷热水机组的稳态仿真模型,进行变工况稳态工作性能预测,用FORTRAN90语言编制程序,软件编译环境为POWERSTATION,并在50kW空气源热泵冷热水机组人工环境模拟实验台上进行验证实验,实验结果和仿真计算结果吻合良好。同时,通过实验结果和仿真计算结果分析外界环境温度和供水温度变化时,空气源热泵冷热水机组的系统性能参数和状态参数的变化规律和原因,为系统的优化匹配提供理论依据。

Abstract:Establishes a distributed parameter steady-state simulation model of air source heat pump chiller to simulate the performance of heat pump system under variable steady-state operation conditions. Makes program with FORTRAN 90, and runs in POWERSTATION, and verifies through the experiment on the air source heat pump test-bed. The simulation results are in good agreement with those of the experiment. Furthermore, studies and analyzes the regulations of state parameters and performance indexes theoretically and experimentally under variable ambient temperature and water supply temperature. The results provide the theoretical foundation for the system optimization and the components match.
