Two New Houses in Brussels

Two joined villas of 270m^2 each are raised on a narrow 700m^2 sife. Each house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower, a garage for 2 cars and a basement. The orientation of the site, with the street facing south and the garden facing north, drove the architects to a longitudinal division of the building. This prevented the creation of one villa facing north, and the other facing the street while provding ample houses across the whole plot.
