相关流量计中电容传感器的研制

摘    要:详细阐述了相关流量计中速度、浓度传感器的设计及制作过程,应用所研制的传感器进行了大量的实验.实验结果表明,相关速度测量的平均误差小于0.5%,流量测量的平均误差为4.01%,并对今后的研究工作提出了建议.

Abstract:The procedure of designing and manufacturing the sensor of velocity and concentration in a correlation flow meter has been described in detail. A lot of experiments have been carried out using this sensor. The experimental results indicate that the average error of correlation velocity measurement is less than 0.5%, while the average error of flow measurement is 4.01%. Proposals for a further research have been made.
