摘    要:以对甲酚为原料经溴化、水解、甲氧基化和甲基化4步反应合成药物中间体3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛,总收率达53.5%.水解采用了相转移催化剂,甲氧基化以碱式碳酸铜-二甲基甲酰胺协同催化,丁香醛酚钠盐不需酸化直接进行甲基化反应.在甲基化反应中,以水代替丙酮获得成功.

Abstract:The 3,4,5 trimethoxybenzaldehyde is synthesized from p cresol in four steps of bromination, hydrolyzation, methoxylation, and methylation, with an overall yield of 53.5%. The phase transfer catalyst is used in hydrolyzation; and the cupric carbonate (basic) as well as dimethylformamide (DMF) is used in methoxylation. While the syringaldehyde sodium phenlate can be directly methylated without acidification. Water is successfully used in place of acetone in methylation reaction.
