| 摘 要： | 介绍了激光焊接过程实时监测技术的理论根据，阐述了激光焊声、光信号监测仪的设计原理、方法及应用电路。试验表明：该仪器精度高、响应速度快、工作可靠，能满足实时监测的要求。
