| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of talents shortage in large state - owned iron and steel enterprises property management industry and the importance of establishing enterprises brand. It proposed the necessity to implement the talents strategy in large state - owned iron and steel enterprises property management industry, and make the preliminary conception to improve the human resources quality. |
