分光光度法测定苦丁茶中维生素C的含量

摘    要:维生素C又叫抗坏血酸,是人类营养中所需要的最重要的维生素之一,缺乏维生素C会产生坏血病。本文采用"2,4-二硝基苯肼法"测定苦丁茶中维生素C的含量。结果表明在苦丁茶中含有较高的维生素C。

Abstract:Vitamin C namely ascorbic acid was one of the most important nutrients needed for human,and the lack of it may lead to scorbutus.The content of vitamin C in Ilet latifolia Thunb was detected with 2,4-nitrophenylhydrazine spectrophotography.It was showed that the content of vitamin C was high in Ilet latifolia Thunb.
