循环流化床锅炉选择性非催化还原技术及其脱硝系统的研究

摘    要:大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉分离器区域采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝技术可以实现燃煤锅炉的超低NOx排放.对分别选用氨水、纯氨及尿素作反应剂的SNCR脱硝系统的优缺点进行了比较.结合工程实践,给出了大型CFB锅炉上SNCR脱硝系统的选取原则.并指出:大型CFB锅炉SNCR脱硝系统一般采用氨作为反应剂.

Abstract:Ultra-low NO_x emission of coal-fired boilers can be achieved by adopting the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) technology for separators of large-scale circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers.Advantages and disadvantages of the SNCR denitrification systems were separately compared by using different reactants,such as aqueous ammonia,anhydrous ammonia and urea etc.Considering actual requirements of engineering projects,specific choosing ways of SNCR denitrification systems for large-scale CFB boilers are recommended,which point out that ammonia is generally adopted as the reactant in SNCR denitrification system of large-scale CFB boilers.
