| 摘 要： | 以北五味子油的提取率为指标,研究了微波法提取北五味子油的工艺条件.实验表明:用乙醇为提取溶剂,采用微波辅助回流提取法,料液比为1∶15 g/mL,颗粒度40目,微波功率800 W,温度60℃下回流提取10 min为最佳提取条件,北五味子油提取率达12%.

| Abstract: | Taking the extraction yield of Fructus Schisandrae Oil as the index,this paper researches the process conditions of extracting Fructus Schisandrae Oil through the microwave method.The experiments show that the extraction yield of Fructus Schisandrae Oil can reach 12% when the ratio of ethanol solvent to material is 1 to 15 g/mL,partical size is 0.45 mm,and the microwave power is 800W for 10 min. |
