| 摘 要： | 基于现行快递配送网络，引入快递网络图模型，构建一种快递应急配送网络，即环形放射状应急配送网络。在考虑到构建成本的前提下，运用谱图理论相关理论，论证了所构建的网络符合应急网络的要求。

| Abstract: | Based on existing distribution network,the graph model of the distribution network is introduced to construct a courier emergency distribution network,namely the annular radial emergency distribution network.In considering the construction cost under the premise, the concepts and related conclusions of spectral graph theory are used.It is demonstrated that the network constructed meets the requirements of emergency networks. |
