基于FPGA实现步进电机脉冲信号控制器设计

摘    要:步进电机是由输入的脉冲信号来精确地控制机械的移动量。为了能够产生连续可调和稳定的脉冲信号,在分析连续信号产生原理的基础上,采用基于FPGA技术实现。在设计过程中,讨论了控制器的设计原理及各功能模块的设计功能,实现步进电机控制的各种功能,并给出部分模块的代码。

Abstract:The machine shift is controlled precisely by input impulse signal in stepper motor. In order to produce stable and continuous adjustment impulse signal, it has been realized using FPGA based on analyzing the theory of continuous signal produce. The design theory of controller and design function of module are discussed in this paper. The various function controlled by stepper motor is realized and module code is presented in the process of design.
