摘 要: | 以大型冷连轧机生产线为应用背景,通过WinCC6.0组态软件、PLC控制器及Simulink模块,开发设计了大型轧机数字化半物理仿真平台。以轧机半物理仿真平台的概念为基础,给出了平台的结构,数据流程及平台实际的功能。实验证明,该平台可有效的实现大型轧机的冷连轧过程模拟。

Abstract: | Taking heavy cold continuous rolling mill as applicable background, and applying WinCC6.0 configura-tion software, PLC controller and Simulink module, heavy mill digital semi-physical simulation platform has been de-veloped and designed.Based on mill semi-physical simulation platform concept, platform structure, data flow and actu-al function of platform have been brought up, further the experiment has proved the platform could realize cold rolling procedure simulation of heavy mill efficiently. |
