摘    要:针对06Cr13钢坯在轧制过程中出现横裂缺陷,对横裂部位进行宏观检测、化学成分检测、金相分析,发现连铸坯存在的原始缺陷和残余应力是发生轧制横裂的主要原因。适当降低结晶器冷却水强度和过热度可降低该缺陷产生的几率。

Abstract:Regarding to rolling transverse defect of 06Cr13 steel bloom, macro test, chemical composition detec-tion and metallographic analysis have been carried out on transverse location , it found that original defects and residual stress existing in continuous casting blank was the main cause to raise rolling transverse crack .Suitable reducing of mold cooling water strength and overheating could decrease the defect probability .
