摘    要:以三聚氯氰(CNC l)3和三溴苯酚(TBP)为主要原料,在碱性条件下,分别以二氯甲烷、甲苯作为溶剂,合成了一种性能优良的添加型阻燃剂三(三溴苯氧基)三聚氰酸酯。详细考察溶剂、温度、反应时间及原料浓度对该合成的影响,结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:三聚氯氰和三溴苯酚的摩尔比为1∶3.1,在40℃和98℃条件下分别反应1h和3 h,产品的产率可达92%,纯度>98%。

Abstract:Tri-(tribromophenoxy)cyanurate as a excellent additional retardant was synthesized by using cyanuric chloride(CNCl)_3,tribromophenol as main materials and under the condition of sodium hydroxide,dichloromethane,toluene as solvent respectively.After testing the effect of solvent,temperature and time on reaction carefully,the result shows that the optimum condition are as follows:when the mole ratio of cyanuric chloride(CNCl)_3 to tribromophenol is 1∶3.1,the reaction time is 1 h and 3 h at 40℃ and 98℃ respectively,the yield of the production is over 92% and purity is over 98%.
