钢管塔法兰螺栓连接式变坡节点有限元分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对输电钢管塔的法兰螺栓连接式变坡节点的受力特性进行分析,研究在设计荷载作用下,节点形式、节点板厚度、加劲板厚度以及加劲板高度等对法兰螺栓受力性能的影响。研究发现,不同于普通刚性法兰,法兰螺栓连接式变坡节点的螺栓受拉并不均匀。进一步分析发现,节点板尺寸远大于加劲板是导致螺栓受拉不均匀的主要因素。根据分析结果,同时考虑螺栓受拉不均匀和螺栓受剪的影响,提出新的设计方法和建议,以供实际工程参考。

Abstract:The mechanical characteristics of flange joint with slope change on transmit-electricity steel tube tower were analyzed by using finite element software ANSYS, and the influence of joint type, the thickness of gusset plate, the thickness and height of stiffened plate on the mechanical behavior of flange bolt were studied. The results show that different from ordinary rigid flange joint, the bolt tension of flange joint with slope change is uneven. Further analysis show that the size of gusset plate is much larger than that of stiffened plate, which is the main reason for uneven bolt tension. Based on the analysis results, considering uneven bolt tension and the influence of shear on bolt, new design method and some suggestions were proposed to provide references for the practical project.
