不同电压下电容型设备介质损耗测试值的等效性分析

摘    要:针对电容型设备介质损耗带电测试与离线试验的等效性关系进行研究。在不同电压下,利用介质损耗带电测试装置对现场替换下来的3只 电流互感器(current transformer, CT)进行了介质损耗测量,得到了3只CT在不同电压下的介质损耗测量结果;分析了介质损耗带电测试与离线预防性试验的区别。结果显示,试样电压的不同可能会造成介质损耗测量结果的不同。从理论上分析了产生这种现象的机理,在现场应用中,设备运行电压下的介质损耗测量结果对于准确判断设备绝缘的状态可能更加合理。

Abstract:The equivalence relation between the live testing and offline testing of dielectric loss in capacitive devices was studied. The dielectric losses of three replaced CTs were measured with using live testing device, the dielectric losses of three CTs were obtained under different voltages. The difference between the live testing and offline testing of dielectric loss was also analyzed. The results shows that different sample voltage might cause different measurement results of dielectric losses. The mechanism of this phenomenon was analyzed in theory, which showed that the measurement results of dielectric losses under equipment operation voltage might be more reasonable for accurately determining equipment insulation status.
