| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前房地产业发展需解决的几个问题，对房地产业的现状进行了分析，并就产业发展中遇到的供求问题、产品结构问题、利润闰问题、资金运作问题、租售关系问题根据自己的认识提出了一些解决办法，房地产业要健康发展，必须对原有体制进行重大改革。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces some problems which developing real estate trade demands solution at present, analyses status of real estate trade. According to himself understanding ,the author puts forward some solutions to the problems of supply and demand, product structure, profit location, fund operation and relations between rent and sale. Old system must be importantly reformed healthy developing real estate trade. |
