摘    要: 本研究首先在超声波作用下,采用单分子层剥离-重堆技术,正丁基锂柱插MoS2夹层,合成了前驱体LixMoS2和Ni-MoS2复合材料,以抽余油催化加氢为探针反应,考察了Ni-MoS2加氢脱硫、脱芳烃的活性。抽余油催化加氢制备特种溶剂油最佳反应条件:n(Ni)、n(Mo)的配比R=0.07;氢气压力6.0MPa;反应温度633K;抽余油加氢脱硫的转化率为99.2%,加氢脱芳的转化率达到了98.7%,本研究为工业装置的技术改造提供了较好的实验依据。

Abstract:Effect of ultrasonic waves, premonitory LixMoS2 and Ni-MoS2 composite were prepared by n-butyl lithium intercalating in the MoS2 layers, using the single-molecular-layer exfoliated-restacked technology. The effect of catalyst on the performance was investigated with catalytic hydrogenation of extract oil over Ni-MoS2 composite as probe reaction. The catalytic activity of Ni-MoS2 was investigated by hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodearomatization (HDAr) through their conversion. The catalyst evaluation results show that the optimum atomic ratio, hydrogen pressure and reactive temperature are n(Ni):n(Mo)=0.07, 6.0MPa and 633K, respectively. Under such condition, conversion of HDS was 99.2%, conversion of HDAr reached 98.7%. This study could provide experimental data for the technical reform of industry equipment.
