射流式冲蚀磨损试验机的研制

摘    要:综合运用机械设计制造、流体力学原理及水工原理等知识,研制了一台造价低廉、操作方便的射流式料浆冲蚀磨损试验机。初步试验表明,该试验机所测性能稳定,数据可靠,适合用于模拟实际工况条件下材料冲蚀磨损机理分析及材料耐冲蚀性能测试。

Abstract:In order to study the slurry erosion properties of materials,a slurry erosion test rig was designed and manufactured based on machine design and manufacturing,hydromechanics principle and the water work principle etc.This erosion tester is low in price and easy to be operated.The testing shows that this slurry erosion tester is stable and reliable,and it can be applied for erosion wear mechanism research and material selection.
