武器装备体系作战效能模型包括效能指标计算、指标聚合和效能评估模型.按战役复杂程度将其分解成战术活动、片段、阶段和过程层,各战术活动层通过相应模块描述.并用计算模型算出活动层效能指标,再用聚合模型把活动层效能指标逐层聚合成过程层效能指标.最后用效能评估模型对过程层效能指标进行综合评估.

The evaluation model of combat effectiveness for weapons SOS includes the calculation aggregation and evaluation of indexes. According to complex degree of campaign, campaign was divided into tactical activity level, segment level, phase level and combat process level, and every tactical level were described with corresponding module. The combat effectiveness indexes of tactical activity level were calculated through calculation model, the effectiveness indexes of tactical activity level were successively polymerized into the effectiveness indexes of the process level. Finally, the effectiveness indexes of the process level were evaluated with evaluation model of the combat effectiveness.
