摘    要:以体积比为7:3的丁酮和无水乙醇为混合溶剂,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为粘结剂,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,玉米油为分散剂配制了PNN-PZT陶瓷流延浆料。研究了浆料球磨时间、固相体积分数以及各有机添加剂用量对其流变性能的影响。结果表明:当w(分散剂)为0.75%,w(粘结剂)为4.17%,球磨时间为8h,固相体积分数为75%,ζ(增塑剂:粘结剂)为0.6时,浆料流变性能良好,浆料黏度在2500mPa·s左右。

Abstract:Slurry for tape casting PNN-PZT ceramics was prepared using the butanone and anhydrous ethanol (volume ratio of 7:3) as mixed solvent,and poly vinyl butyral (PVB),dibutyl phthalate and corn oil were used as a binder,a plasticizer and a dispersant respectively. The effects of ball milling time,solid phase volume fraction and each organic additives amouts on the rheological behaviors of slurry were studied. The results show that the rheological behaviors are well with slurry viscosity of about 2 500 mPa·s when w (dispersant) is 0.75%,w (binder) is 4.17%,the ball milling time is 8 h,the solid phase volume fraction is 75%,and the ζ (plasticizer : binder) is 0.6.
