摘    要:建立了用HPLC测定干红葡萄酒中11种酚类物质的方法,该法具有定量准确,快速的特点,在实验条件下,各物质的含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,且回收率较高。

Abstract:A rapid ,simple and sensitive method was established for the quantitative determination of 11 kinds of phenolics in dry red wine by HPLC Under the experimental condition, the calibration curves were linear with r>0 99 and the recoveries of the phenolics >85%
