碟形弹簧模态分析

摘    要:在石油钻井中,钻头在破岩过程中会产生非常大的振动,如果没有做好减振措施,就会使井下工具承受巨大的轴向振动,从而导致井下工具破坏和失效.为了降低轴向振动对井下工具的影响,需要采用碟形弹簧减振.文中利用SolidWorks软件建立碟形弹簧模型,并运用有限元分析软件COSMOSworks对碟形弹簧进行模态分析,通过对比模态分析结果与钻柱振动数据,为碟形弹簧的结构设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:The very large vibration is made while drilling, if we can not reduce vibration of oil tools, oil tools will bear very large axial vibration, and consequently will be damaged and failure. In order to reduce axial vibration influence to oil tools, we can make use of disk spring to reduce axial vibration influence to oil tools. In this paper, solidworks soft is made use to build model of disk spring, and cosmosworks soft is made use to analyse model of disk spring, we can provide design basis for design of disk spring after compare result of modal analysis with vibration data of drill string.
