论矿山企业的道德责任与慈善责任

目前,企业履行社会责任的情况已成为衡量企业成功与否的重要标准。企业社会责任包括:经济责任、法律责任、道德责任和慈善责任。矿山企业作为特殊的企业群体,所履行的社会责任有其特殊性,尤其是在道德责任和慈善责任方面与一般企业有着很大的区别。本文阐述了矿山企业在履行企业社会责任方面的特殊性,总结了矿山企业应承担的道德责任和慈善责任的内容及两者的关系,强调矿山企业应在重视履行道德责任的基础上正确看待并履行慈善责任。

Moral and charitable responsibilities of mining companies

Currently, the implementation of corporate social responsibility is important to evaluate the success of a company. The corporate social responsibility is composed of economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility. As a particular type of companies, mining companies must perform a particular social responsibility, different from that of other companies, especially regarding moral and charitable responsibilities. Our studies aim to clarify the particularity of the social responsibility carried by a mining company, the content of moral and charitable responsibilities and their relationships, in order to emphasize that mineral companies must, in attaching importance to moral responsibility, properly handle and fulfill the charitable responsibility.
