深井施工用反井钻机钻具的选材和设计

摘    要:为了适应深部采煤的发展和反井钻机的深井施工的需要,介绍了深井施工用反井钻机钻具在设计时材料的选择方法、钻具配套螺纹选择方法以及偏梯形锥螺纹的主要应用场合,并着重介绍了偏梯形锥螺纹联接强度和钻具强度的计算方法、偏梯形锥螺纹与三角形锥螺纹的受力强度比较.结果表明,在深井施工用钻具中,采用40CrNiMoA材料来制造钻具,牙型采用偏梯形锥螺纹牙型,可以大幅提高钻具的强度和可靠性,并能适当延长钻具的使用寿命.
