基于支持向量机回归的凝汽器真空应达值确定方法的研究

摘    要:凝汽器真空对于汽轮机运行经济性和安全性均产生重大的影响,影响凝汽器真空的因素较多,并且相互之间具有较大的耦合性,这使得确定凝汽器真空应达值有一定困难。针对实际运行的凝汽器,分析了影响凝汽器真空应达值的因素,简化了计算方法;提出采用支持向量机回归建立凝汽器真空应达值计算模型,然后利用某300MW机组的数据,对模型进行了校验,探讨了参数的选择。计算结果表明,采用支持向量机回归算法计算的凝汽器真空应达值具有较好的泛化能力和稳定性,为凝汽器真空降低故障的诊断,奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:The vacuum of condenser has an important influence about economy and security of steam turbine,and it was affected by many factors which had biggish couple,so it is difficult to confirm the norm vacuum of condenser.In this paper,countering the operating state of condenser for steam turbine,the factors which affected the norm vacuum of condenser is analyzed and the calculation method was reduced;a calculation model the of norm vacuum of condenser is given by using Support Vector Regression(SVR),then the calculation model was verified and parameters was discussed based on the data of a 300MW steam turbine unit.The studying results indicated that calculation model based-on SVR has forcible generalization ability and stability and established foundations for diagnosing the faults of low vacuum for condenser.
