低氢碱性结构钢焊条脱渣性的研究

摘    要:论述了我国低氢碱性焊条的研究和生产概况,分析了改进碱性焊条工艺性能的途径,提出了通过分析熔渣相结构研究焊条的新方法,并指出了决定碱性焊条脱渣难易的主要因素是马氏体转变点的高低,而不是仅仅取决于熔渣的膨胀系数。

Abstract:In this paper,we discuss the researching and manufacturing general situation of low hydrogen structure steel basic electrode.The way to improve technical performance of low hydrogen structure steel basic electrode is analyzed and the new way to study low hydrogen structure steel basic electrode through analyzing molten slag phase graph is also presented,the result shows that the detachability of this electrode is mainly decided by temperature of martensite transformation point,not only by coefficient of expansion of molten slag.
