| 摘 要： | 本文利用集电极电流波形方程及图表来计算大功率晶体管调谐功率放大器的主要技术指标。简化了设计中的计算过程,计算结果准确性更高．文中还提出了米加偏置时大功率晶体管在大正弦信号激励下导通结束时间的计算公式。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The main parameters of large tuned-transistor power amplifiers arc calculated by using the collector-current waveform equation, graphs, and tables. The calculation procedure is simplified slightly.and the results can be obtained with higher accuracy. An equation for the conduction-end time of unbiased large power transistor drived by a large sine signal. |
