| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国油气管道运营安全方面,尤其是人为破坏造成的多起问题,总结了影响油气管道运输安全的主要因素,着重提出了确保管道运营安全管理的几点措施.指出解决管道安全问题不仅需要技术上的创新,更需要管理模式的根本变革和管理理念的突破.管道安全管理模式变革势在必行.

| Abstract: | It presents operation safety of oil and gas pipeline in China,especially many problem caused by man-made destroy,summarizes main factor of affecting oil and gas pipeline transportation safety and highlights to put forward to a few measures of ensuring pipeline operation safety management.It points out that to solve pipe safety problem not only requires technical innovation,but also demand fundamental change of management mode and demand breach of safety management conception.It is imperative under the situation of changing of pipeline safety management mode. |
