摘    要:通过用新疆工业蛭石吸附水中腃u2 、Pb2 和Zn2 金属离子的实验,探讨了pH值影响蛭石吸附Cu2、Pb2 和Zn2 的机理.实验档结果表明,蛭石对水中的Cu2 、Pb2 和Zn2 具有很高的吸附量和吸附率:pH值是影响吸附率的重要因素,但影响却不尽相同:对Cu2 和Zn2 吸附效果最好的pH值范围是6~7,对Pb2 的则为4.5~6.经实际检验,当pH=7.5时工业蛭石可有效去除电镀废水中的Cu2 和Zn2 .

Abstract:The research focused on adsorbing Cu2 Pb2 and Zn2 in aqueous solution by industrial vermiculite which got from Xinjiang. The influence of aqueous solution's pH value on the adsorbance and adsorption rate of vermiculite for above metal cations was analyzed, and the influential mechanism of adsorption by vermiculite was also discussed. The results showed that in a proper extent of pH value the vermiculite's adsorbance and adsorption rate for above metal cations are high. The pH value is one of important factors, however, the influence degree do not identical, for both Cu2 and Zn2 the best pH extent are 6~7, but for Pb2 is 4.5~6. Through real test, industrial vermiculite can wipe off Cu2 and Zn2 cations of electroplating wastewater effectively.
