| 摘 要： | 青藏铁路、西气东输、西电东送和南水北调工程是我国21世纪的4大工程。目前正在建设实施的南水北调工程是我国一项极具挑战性的基础设施工程，同时，南水北调东线工程也是我国水泵应用与发展的摇篮。现主要介绍了水泵效率、提高水泵的主要措施以及提高水泵效率的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The Qinghai-to-Tibet Railroad Project, the West-to-East Gas Transportation Project, the West-to-East Power Transmission Project and the South-to-North Water Diversion Project are the 21 centuries' four greatest projects in our country. The ongoing South-to-North Water Project is a challenge for infrastructure construction, and also a cradle for pump applying and development. The text introduces the pump efficiency, the main measures for increasing water pump efficiency and its importance. |
