转台轴系轴承刚度矩阵的理论推导与数值计算

摘    要:为提高三轴飞行模拟转台的动态性能及机械精度,对转台轴系的支撑轴承进行了研究。根据滚动轴承的几何学、运动学的基本原理和赫兹接触理论,建立了轴承刚度精确的数学模型,推导出了轴承完整的刚度矩阵的解析公式。研究了轴承受载、变形位移的数值计算方法。根据理论模型编制了轴承刚度的计算软件,为转台轴系有限元分析中边界条件的处理提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to study the angular contact ball bearing of the test table's spindle bearing system, a precision mathematical model of stiffness matrix was established by using the theory of geometry and kinematics of rolling element bearing and hertzian contact stress, and a comprehensive bearing stiffness matrix was proposed. The numerical arithmetic to estimate the deflections corresponding to the loads applied to the bearing is also discussed. The calculating software used to solve the stiffness matrix of bearing was developed from the theoretical model. The study provides bases for boundary condition processing through finite element analysis of the spindle bearing system.
