摘    要:本介绍了上海市南供电局将国标450MHzE38频段无线电80系列改制成90系列,并组成集群移动通信网,利用车载台及手持机实现了上海市南地区的调度、操作的直通通信及在市南和市区范围内的生产指挥的拨号通信。调度、操作通信具有双向优先及录音功能。本还介绍了该系统的组网及系统配置。

Abstract:A 450 MNz radio communication systemwith E38 frequency band installed in shanghai South-ern Power Supply Bureau was improved formm GB80series to GB90 series . and a truned mobile radio com-munication network is formed. Using vehicle installedradios (full duplex)and mobile radios (simplex),thedirect call communication for dispatcher and operatorin south suburban area and the direct dialing communi-cation for power production management in south sub-urban area and urban district are realized.The com-munications for operation both at the operators vehi-cle and at the dispatching centre are of bi-directionalpriority,and the dispatch command in dispatching cen-tre can be recorded. In this paper the architecture andconfiguration of the system are described.
