| 摘 要： | 提出了现代设计方法学支持下的产品自适应设计技术，给出了基于模块化的产品自适应设计系统框架模型、基于模块化的产品族体系结构、基于模块化的产品自适应设计过程映射模型和自适应设计控制器，构建了基于BP神经网络的模块适应度算法。并以注塑模具为对象，开发了基于模块化的产品自适应设计原型系统。

| Abstract: | The self-adaptive design technology based on modern design methodology is researched in this paper, and a system framework of the self-ad aptive design model based on modularization is proposed, product family architec ture structure based on modularization, process mapping model of self-adaptive design based on modularization and self-adaptive design controller are also p roposed. A module adaptive degree algorithm based BP neural networks is also int roduced here. At the end, the plastic in jection module is used as a case study to develop a prototype system about product self-adaptive design based on modu larity. |
