摘    要:介绍了大渡河流域梯级水电站群集控中心监控系统网络结构、集控中心与梯级电站数据交换方案、集控中心与梯级电站通信可靠性设计、集中控制策略等主要集控元素,这些集控元素的联合应用,有力地保证了该集控中心监控系统的安全、可靠、稳定运行.

Abstract:This paper introduces the key elements of the control system for the Dadu River cascade hydropower stations centralized control center,such as the network structure of the control system,approach for data exchange and reliability design of communication between the control center and the cascade hydropower stations,and the centralized control strategy.These elements provide strong guarantee for safe,stable and reliable operation of the control system.
