摘    要:在分析现有超声波衰减理论模型的基础上,建立了混合粒度分布下超声波的衰减模型。鉴于固体颗粒的不规则性和絮凝会对超声波的衰减产生影响,埘该理论模型进行了分形修正。采用反演优化方法获得矿浆体系固体颗粒的粒度分布参数和分形维,进而计算出矿浆体系的粒度分布,结果表明反演的粒度分布与实测值十分接近,同时可以根据分形维对矿浆中颗粒的表面状态及分散状态进行定性估计。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing theoretical model of ultrasonic attenuation, the model for ultrasonic attenuation of composite particle size distribution was established. As the irregularity and agglomeration of particles could have effect on the ultrasonic attenuation, the model was modified by fractal method. The parameters of solid particle size distribution in the pulp system and the fractal dimension were gained by inversion optimization. The calculation results indicated that the particle size distribution gained by inversion calculation had good agreement with the practically measured values. Meanwhile, qualitative estimation could be made of the particle surface conditions and the dispersion condition according to fractal dimension.
