| 摘 要： | "经济人"是驱利的,如果制度存在漏洞,给"经济人"以有机可乘的话,他就会失去理性,"经济人"的伦理准则就会崩溃."经济人"道德核心在于遵守市场经济制度的理性和以此为根基的追求利益最大化的精神.树立起这种道德的关键在于制度服务的有效性.这种有效性的损失必然会影响"经济人"的行为规范.

| Abstract: | Economic man tends to be hoggish for money pursuit. If the system related is not perfect, economic man tends to take advantage of it and ethic rules would be broken. The core of ethic rules for economic man is to court the maximum money while obeying laws in the market economy and the critical step to establish such ethic rules lies in the efficiency of the system's implementation. |
