磁力径向轴承几何中心自检测系统的研究

摘    要:分析了磁悬浮主轴系统中径向轴承的几何中心与传感器分布中心的误差,以及上述误差对磁悬浮系统控制精度的影响。提出了磁悬浮径向轴承几何中心自检测的思想和自检测原理,以及磁悬浮主轴系统径向轴承几何中心自检测系统的硬件与软件的设计思路。分析和探讨了有关参数对测量精度的影响。

Abstract:The error between geometric center of radial bearing and sensors distribution center in a magnetic suspended spindle system,and the influence to controlling accuracy of magnetic suspension system offected by the above stated error were analyzed.The idea and principle of self-detection for geometric center of magnetic suspended radial bearing,and designing train of thought of hardware and software for self-detection system of magnetic center of radial bearing in magnetic suspension spindle system have been proposed.The influence upon measured accuracy affected by relevant parameters was analyzed and explored.
