电芬顿氧化法处理ABS工业废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用电芬顿氧化法处理ABS工业装置凝聚干燥单元产生的酸性废水,考察了Fe2浓度和处理时间对废水化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,并研究了电芬顿氧化法对废水中有毒、难降解的苯系和有机腈类等主要污染物的分解转化能力.结果表明,在电极板间电流为1A(电流密度为10 mA/cm2),废水pH值为3.0的条件下,当Fe2浓度为0.6 mmol/L时,废水中的COD去除率最高,可以达到45.62%;随着处理时间的延长,废水COD去除率呈增大趋势,且在最初的2h内,增幅较快,后基本稳定;该法能分解转化废水中大量的芳香类污染物.

Abstract:The acidic wastewater from condensing and drying section of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) industrial unit was treated adopting Electro-Fenton oxidation method.The influences of Fe2+ concentration and treatment time on COD removal were investigated,and the efficiency for Electro-Fcnton oxidation to decompose key pollutants,such as benzene and nitrile series,which were poisonous and difficult to be degradated,was studied.The results showed that when the current between the electrode plates was 1A(current density was 10 mA/cm2),the Fe2 + concentration was 0.6 mmol/L,and the pH value of wastewater was 3.O,COD removal could reach the mixmum of 45.62%.Besides,with increasing the treatment time,COD removal increased,sharply in the first 2 h and then unremarkably.This method could be used to decompose a large number of aromatic compounds in wastewater.
