催化剂LDO-75在催化裂化装置上的工业应用

介绍了催化剂LDO-75在中国石油玉门炼油厂0.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,在维持装置主要操作条件稳定且加工原料劣质化程度加剧的情况下,使用LDO-75催化剂后,汽油收率增加了4.87个百分点,柴油收率下降了1.84个百分点,液化气收率下降了2.41个百分点,油浆收率下降了2.24个百分点,轻质油收率上升了3.03个百分点,总液相产品收率上升了0.61个百分点;平衡催化剂铁、镍金属污染加剧,但系统微反活性仍维持在66%;产品汽油在辛烷值无损失的情况下,烯烃体积分数下降4.72个百分点。

Commercial application of catalyst LDO-75 in catalytic cracking unit

The commercial application of catalyst LDO -75 in a 0.8 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of Yumen Refinery, PetroChina were introduced. The results showed that in the case of not changing the main process conditions and using LDO -75 as catalyst, although the cracking feedstock was poorer in quality than before, the yield of gasoline increased by 4.87 percent points,the yields of diesel, LPG and slurry oil reduced 1. 84,2. 41, and 2. 24 percent points respectively, the light oil yield and total liquid yield increased by 3.03 and 0.61 percent points respectively. The contamination of iron and nickel on the E -cat increased, but the micro activity still maintained about 66%. The volume fraction of olefins reduced by 4.72 percent points without reducing the gasoline octane value.
