| 摘 要： | 高职院校的蓬勃发展,引发了师资力量的紧缺。兼职教师可以解决高职院校师资紧缺的问题,但是兼职教师队伍在建设和管理方面也存在着一定的问题,本文针对这些问题给出了相对应的解决措施和方法,努力建设好一支兼职教师队伍让高职院校的发展更上一个台阶。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of higher vocational colleges causes the lack of teachers. The shortage of teachers can be solved by part-time teachers, but some problems exist in the construction and management of part-time teaching staff. This paper proposes the corresponding and methods to these problems. Constructing the part-time teaching staff well can let the development of higher vocational colleges be in a new and better stage. |
