浅析我国食品安全监管问题

摘    要:食品安全问题频发,造成了十分严重的后果。本文试从我国现行的食品安全法律法规出发,逐步剖析现行食品安全法律法规存在的问题及原因,结合我国食品安全监管中存在的缺陷与不足,提出完善我国食品安全法律法规的几点建议与举措,立足于维护公民生存与发展、人权的合法保护,进行有关我国食品安全监管问题的法律探讨。

Abstract:Food safety issues happen frequently, and has caused very serious consequences. This paper start from China's current food safety laws and regulations, and analyse the problems and the reasons of the existing food safety laws and regulations, combined with China's food safety supervision in the presence of defects and shortcomings , then give some suggestions and measures to improve China's food safety laws and regulations . Basing on the maintenance of the survival and development of citizenship, the legal protection of human rights, China's food safety regulatory issues legal Discussion.
