Z-N/茂金属复合聚丙烯催化剂的制备及聚合性能评价

摘    要:利用以9,9-二(甲氧基甲基)芴为内给电子体的MgCl2载体型Zigler-Natta(Z-N)催化剂与单活性中心茂金属催化剂制备出Z-N/茂金属复合催化剂Z-M,考察了催化剂组分含量对其活性的影响。结果表明,当复合催化剂Z-M中的Ti,醚,Al,Zr质量分数分别为3.10%,12.00~15.00%,12.00%,0.12%时,常压聚合催化活性可达2.70×105g/(mol.h),制备的均聚聚丙烯(PP)等规度可达98.9%,适于作为抗冲共聚PP基体。利用Ti,醚,Al,Zr质量分数分别为2.95%,13.10%,11.80%,0.11%的复合催化剂Z-M在模式装置上所制备的抗冲共聚PP性能优良,在保持与传统Z-N催化剂制备的抗冲共聚PP其他性能相当的基础上,常温悬臂梁冲击强度提高至659 J/m。

Abstract:A novel Zigler - Natta ( Z - N )/metal- locene (Z -M) hybrid catalyst was prepared by MgCI2 supported Z - N catalyst with internal electron donor 9,9 - bis (methoxymethyl) fluorine and sin- gle site metallocene catalyst. The influence of com- ponent content in the hybrid catalyst on the activity was investigated. The results showed that when the mass fractions of Ti, ether, A1, Zr in the hybrid catalyst were 3.10%, 12.00% - 15.00% , 12.00%, 0.12% respectively, the polymerization activity at atmospheric reached 2.70×10^5g/( mol · h) , and the isotacticity of the prepared homopolypropylene (PP) reached 98.9% , so that the homopolymer was suitable to the matrix for impact copolymer PP. Using the hybrid catalyst, in which the mass fractions of Ti, ether, A1, Zr were 2.95 % , 13.10% , 11.80% , 0.11% respectively, the impact copolymer PP was prepared in a model test equipment. Compared to the conventional Z- N catalyst based copolymer, it had higher room temperature izod impact strength (659 J/ m) ,without changing other properties .
