内蒙古苏尼特油页岩低温干馏影响因素分析

摘    要:采用低温铝甑干馏法处理内蒙古苏尼特油页岩,考察了加热速率、干馏终温、持温时间、油页岩粒径等因素对页岩油出油率的影响。结果表明,在升温速率为7℃/min,干馏终温为510℃,持温时间为30 min,油页岩粒径为3 mm的适宜条件下,页岩油出油率达4.42%。

Abstract:The influences of heating rate, terminal temperature of dry distillation, temperature holding time, oil shale particle size on the yield of shale oil of Sunit oil shale in Inner Mongolia were investigated by using aluminum retort low -temperature dry distillation method. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of the heating rate 7 ℃/min, the terminal temperature of dry distillation 510 ℃,temperature holding time 30 min, and oil shale particle size 3 ram, the yield of shale oil could reach up to 4.42%.
