| 摘 要： | 高职生软实力的培育必须以社会主义核心价值为统领。高职生软实力的基本内涵与个性特征应当反映其人才培养规格的特殊本质和内在要求。我们应当以社会主义核心价值为指导,结合生产、建设、管理、服务一线对人才的需要,创新教育载体,有针对性地培育高职生的软实力。
