水电站审批最小生态流量的初步研究

摘    要:水能资源是一种共享资源,保护天然河流和水资源是人类共同的责任,一些出于商业和经济目的的水能资源开发,可能会导致天然河流及附近地区水环境恶化.人类在发展社会经济的同时,不能以牺牲环境为代价,要注意对天然河流水资源开发中的水环境问题,改善水环境任重道远.本文根据河流生态环境需水量的概念,针对广西河流的特点,利用实际项目设计资料,分析项目下游河流最小生态流量,并提出广西水电站生态流量的确定方法.

Abstract:Water energy is a kind of share resource. It is the common responsibility of all human being to protect natural rivers and water resources, while some water energy development on the commercial and economic purpose might result in the deterioration of the natural rivers and water environment nearby. When people are developing society and economy, environment can not become the sacrifice that must be paid. Water environment should be specially paid attention to during water resources development and it is a long run to improve the water environment. Based on the concept that river ecology needs water and the river feature of Guangxi autonomous region, the article use the design data used in the practice to analyze the minimum ecological runoffdownstream needed, and brings forward the ways to fix on the ecological runoff of hydropower stations in Guangxi autonomous region.
