摘    要:设计了基于组态软件的悬臂式掘进机远程监控系统,机载控制机从CAN总线局域网中采集各种参数和状态信息,接受远程控制器的工作任务,完成控制算法解算,向CAN总线局域网中发布控制命令,远程控制机通过无线以太网访问机载控制机,完成掘进机工作时的实时监控、参数显示、故障报警、故障诊断,以及动画模拟等功能。

Abstract:The boom-type roadheader remote monitor system is designed based on configuration software.The system uses lower machine to communicate and exchange data through CAN bus local area network,accept the remote smart controller's tasks,complete control algorithm solving,put out control command.Host computer can visit the lower machine at any time by wireless Ethernet communication.It makes operate finish real-time monitor and control task far away from device.It has functions such as showing the system parameters,fault alarming,fault diagnosis and fully simulates the running state of the road header.
