用氯化焙烧法生产高碳石墨的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了以天然细鳞片石墨为试样、用氯化焙烧法生产高碳石墨的基本原理、工艺因素、实验结果等。用氯化焙烧法可将石里含磷量由86.09%提纯到98.76%。指出氯化焙烧法生产高碳石墨较碱法为优。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principle, process factors, experimental resuls and so on ofproduction of high-carbon graphite by chloridizing roast with natural fine-scale graphite as samlpes. Thechloridizing roast can upgrade the graphite with carbon from 86. 09% to 98. 76 %. It is proved that preduction of high-carbon graphite by chloridizing roast is better than by alcali.
